Our family came to Elite quite by accident today when our car broke down and we were barely able to roll into their parking lot- in the middle of a long road trip and stranded.The staff at Elite were all incredibly kind and helpful, inviting us to come inside to the AC while we waited for roadside assistance. Each person in the showroom checked in with us as we waited, offering fresh water, info about places we could easily get to for kid-friendly food and activities, and even a basket of toys they have on hand for little ones while parents shop.While waiting there, we saw multiple customers coming in who were invited to take sample boards with them so they could see... read full review
