Front office staff is horrible! They are not patient and don’t give you a change to speak they immediately put you on hold! I have never in my life experienced such treatment at a doctors office. I will NEVER go there again nor will I refer anyone. And I think it’s horrible that my doctor is only there on Saturdays maybe twice a month. He rarely returns calls and can’t be bothered! Just overall horrible experience 😡

They do not have it together at all at this clinic. When I moved to Meridian I was looking for a doctor to fill my prescriptions and healthcare, but it has been one problem after another with getting my medical records to the billing and even the doctors are shady. I would not recommend going to this clinic. The ONLY good thing I can say is that the nurses were always nice and helpful.

Ms. Jenna is the absolute best! She takes time to listen and answer any questions that I have. I don't feel like she's looking down her nose at me and judging as most Dr.'s do. Thank you Jenna for all you do!!

When I moved to Meridian I was looking for a doctor to fill my prescriptions and healthcare, but it has been one problem after another with getting my medical records to the billing and even the doctors are shady. I would not recommend going to this clinic. The ONLY good thing I can say is that the nurses were always nice and helpful.
