Mom had water heater leak and flood adjacent room. We called them and they came out that day when they said they would. Guided Mom on what she should do, reminding us to call insurance, advising on replacement, disposed of ruined pad and carpet and put fans to dry out room and water heater room. So thankful and impressed.
