Clay S. Came to my house to give me a quote on a whole house generator.. before we could get started on that I had a few concerns about the install of my HVAC system.. he didn’t hesitate to go in my attic and take pictures. He went above and beyond his duties… and I appreciate that.
We had guests in our Air BnB experiencing 85 degree temps indoors and unable to sleep. Jackson drove a long way and fixed the issues with a smile and no complaining. We have happy guests. Thank you!! The system is nearly new and under warranty. I’m not sure if we are having to pay anything.
