Halford & Niemiec LLP, specifically Matthew Niemiec of the listed firm was the most unprepared and unresponsive attorney I've ever met. Phone calls would not be returned and emails never responded too, days at a time, sometimes NEVER. Matthew Niemiec came to court and arbitration unprepared, by not knowing the information contained within the legal documents of the case, as well as not being present during other meetings such as the appraiser reviewing property. (I should mention the defendant's attorney was ALWAYS present, regardless) I would not trust this firm to handle the reduction of a speeding ticket, and this was after tens of thousands of dollars being spent/thrown away with this representation, or should I say lack of. The term "Representation", being used very loose when describing the above. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY FOR ANY LEGAL SERVICES!!!
