I called them about getting an estimate on a mini split unit system put into my trailer. The Service man that came by Mr.Gage. Absolutely did a wonderful job. He made sure I understood everything As far as the system ,where it would go, The warranties That are included. Would highly recommend!
Was an absolute pleasure. Even though it was a simple fix, it took knowledge and being very thorough to find the problem. Also, taking the time to explain what was done. And needed to keep the system properly maintained. Me and wife are very happy with Southern and Michael. Will be in touch concerning our maintenance agreement. Thank you, Al and Bobbi
