I previously posted a review stating that services were charged without being rendered. After speaking with Orkins management, they went above and beyond to correct the issue, which wasn’t with the company, but with the service technician himself. So now, I have a new technician, and looking forward to continuing service.
Ricky was excellent! Absolutely no complaints with his work. I am shocked that Orkin does not provide any damage coverage for homeowners should termites damage their home😩. Orkin is probably one of the oldest and most recognized names in the business of extermination!!! If there is absolutely no damage coverage why is it so costly for Orkin to provide termite baiting station service? Massey provides a million dollars worth of termite damage protection & they lock- in your yearly renewal rates so thry never increase. Orkin needs to get with the program!!!!!!
