While we were on vacation, we got a call from a neighbor who noticed water and mud pooling around our main water box by the street. No one could tell where the leak was coming from, and being so far from home, I was incredibly stressed.
Trevor from JT Plumbing Solution showed up on extremely short notice, quickly assessed the situation, and found the source of the leak with impressive professionalism. He completed the repair efficiently, cleaned up everything afterward, and even restored the yard so well you could barely tell any work had been done.
JT Plumbing is an excellent plumbing service. We called them because we had a clogged sewer line that backed up when we ran our washing machine. They came out right away and ran a camera thru the lines and determined we had roots blocking our line. Our home sits on a slab foundation so it was necessary to dig under the house to expose the affected sewer lines. After they reached the line and exposed the sewer pipe they found that the materials used for this section of the sewer pipe under our home was a very thin wall plastic pipe and the roots had broken thru in several places and the plastic pipe just disintegrated and fell apart when barely touched.
