On 8/29/26 Xavier from Southern Air came out to service a newly installed AC/Heating unit from the day before because the unit shut down. All systems were no go. Xavier came out and discovered the problem with the install. Xavier was a very mannerly young man. He was professional and neat in his work. He displayed true professionalism and great knowledge about systems installs and troubleshooting. If I ever have another problem I wish it would be some way to request Xavier. God bless, protect and prosper this young man. Southern Air, you got a winner in Xavier.
Today Jacob was at my house. I needed several things fixed and asked him to give me an estimate for all the work, but in groups (projects) I could do as the funds came in. He very graciously went through everything and under the house as well and wrote it all up for me, just as I asked. I will be having him do all my work in the future.
Jacob Hays with Southern Air and Plumbing came by to give me an estimate on a hot water heater replacement. Guy is very professional and knowledgeable about different types of water heaters. Learned a lot from his knowledge and experience. Wasn’t aware of all the different types of water heater options. Very glad to have him explain them to me. Would definitely recommend him if your like me and have no knowledge about what available today.
