“My heater was on the fritz and I called David to check it out. It was an old system and I was expecting to have to replace it. David made the process easy, fast, and despite the difficulty my particular job presented (yaaay old houses,) he did it with a smile on his face the entire time.David and his crew worked tirelessly (and late!) until I was online and running and he did it at a very fair price. “I originally met owner Mr. Ron Jackson some years ago. At that time it was in passing and networking of two small business owners.This morning I called because I was now in need of his services. Within 2 hrs. Mr. Jackson and his assistant arrived. They listened as I explained the problems, surveyed my units, crawled thru my attic and even completed a video to walk me thru what damages were done. He first called in parts to see if the unit could be repaired. Having an older unit there ready wasn't much he could do since parts are no longer available.He then completed a inspection of my outer unit and found the problem there as well. I asked about another problem I was having with my hot water heater and he took a look at that also. Finding the problem and not only informing me about all of them but also educating me on how the units were suppose to function properly and what was needed to make that happen, was a big help. I appreciate someone who took time to express excellent customer service and decorum. With Mr. Jackson having a trainee with him it only made this experience that much more of a great one for me.I am awaiting the quotes from today's inspection and will happily be using this company for my HVAC needs in the future.I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your HVAC needs also.Ms Fikes“

And, whereas he has a lot of local competition he makes up for it by following up to provide great care that shines of good customer service. There a few things I look for on my check list in hiring contractors, with integrity at the top. Doug exemplifies someone of outstanding character, industry knowledge and he possesses the skill to back it up.
