The repairman (I think his name was Jeremy), found the problem quickly, ordered the part, and made the repair once the part was received. He explained everything well. Price wise, Mr. Appliance is right there with the other appliance repair companies in our area.

When I called I gave the girl that answered the phone I wanted a new vent over stove replaced, not repaired, and gave her the brand and series number. She sent two men out, and they don’t replace , they just repair! It needs replacing, and I told her that! The men were so nice, and informed me as I already knew that it would cost more to fix than a new one would. I hated that they made a trip for nothing, but they were very nice about it, and didn’t charge me! The girl that answers the phone needs to listen to what the customer wants done!

Very positive first experience with Mr. Appliance. Exceptional communication from the dispatch call through the final repair. The technician, Jeremy, was outstanding and clearly explained what was wrong and what my options were for repair. Likely not the cheapest service, but definitely professional and dependable.
