I found the staff to be very friendly. I did not have to wait long for my blood test BUT the nurse did not wear gloves when she drew my blood. I found this a bit strange. Maybe I am paranoid.

It was Sunday 0930 and I filled all paperwork outside because it was full inside. I waited 1.5 hours and nobody even checked outside when my time came. Others came after me and went in. She said they had to called my old number because I didn't put my number on the form.. I had no old number. I have had the same number for 20 years. Plus I wouldn't leave my driver's license and insurance card. All they would have needed to do is get out of their chair and look outside and ask but no! Worse ever.

I have been going to MEA in Madison for over 22 years I’ve seen Dr. Sivils and several other doctors every time I’ve ever went they’ve gotten me back in a timely manner this clinic is a walk-in clinic so if I have to wait a little bit that is completely fine by me they’ve given me compassion and respect and the front desk employees are always friendly these guys work very hard! I understand some people may get upSet But at least they have late hours where you can get seen on the weekends
