I have used the cleaners several times over the last two years and I can confidently say they have the friendliest staff and most professional customer service. Whether it be the suits, delicate church dresses, or intricate cocktail attire, they over perform every time Not to mention the affordability and promptness! Such a great dry cleaners and I can’t wait to use again!
Great customer service! They called me before cleaning a skirt to make sure I was aware the chemicals could damage an attached belt. I was updated by text when it was ready for pickup. I highly recommend.
I went into the cleaners needing 7 large tablecloths cleaned and pressed for an event that was happening in 3 days. The young lady had originally stated over the phone that it would take at least a week but once I explained the urgency of my situation she said don’t panic, we got you, we can do it! She called the owner to confirm then proceeded to write up my ticket. I told her that I didn’t need them until the evening before the event but she had them ready the next day! How awesome was that!
