Judge Maples must be a 'fan' of cowardly action - y'know that is the ex-parte (one-sided) movement in a legal matter. Apparently he signed an Order to remand Custody/Guardianship of a Minor Child to a man who not only was not the Child's Biological Father, but is an Ex-Felon in the Mobile area, for all Judge Maples' knows that man could be a Child molester. This is pretty bad in a State that is known for being biased to awarding Custody to the Maternal Mother (if it was a Mother versus Father type fight). Watch out for this 'Good Ole Boy/Gal' type Judge, and it is a travesty that he has the power to intervene in Parenting situations that can have drastic impact!
