This place has been great. After being here in Mississippi for several months, I was referred by a different area gym to The Energy Club after their sauna went down. I’ve been going here for a couple of weeks now, so I’ve been able to explore the different amenities provided. The gym is consistently maintained, and all amenities provided have been fully functional. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and they have a wide range of personal trainers for all levels of experience. I really appreciate this place.

Got a day pass, was extremely happy. Weight room has a lot of variety, nautilus equipment was good as well.
The crossfit room had lots of variety.
Didn't use it but they also have a pool, steam room, and a sauna.
Wish I lived locally, I'd 100% get a membership here!

The Energy Club is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. It's available 24 hours, so I can go at any time that's convenient for me. The many classes they offer are great, and I especially enjoy the Restorative Yoga class's that Sheryl does, and is great for all ages. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and I love the fact that I can also get a healthy smoothie, bowl, coffee or tea, in a variety of different types and flavors and so good!!! The gym is much bigger than it looks with a sauna, pool, and hot tub. They also have child care if needed. Thank you Energy Club for making me healthier and fit, in my Silver Sneaker years!!!
