Mac's people have helped me out twice, and done a fantastic job both times.
In the first one, my unit stopped working during an extremely hot Saturday. I called, and someone was there within 2 hours. Troubleshot the system, determined the cause, and had me up and running within the hour.
The second time, a different unit was not cooling. Another call, another quick response, and again I had cool air blowing within the hour.
I highly recommend Mac's, they did great work.

I called them at 8am on a Monday and they were finished before 11am the same morning. They were super nice and professional, and I will definitely use them again if I have air conditioner issues!
