My husband and I went looking for a shed and Charlotte Rodgers is among the best sales people we’ve dealt with. She showed us a few sheds meeting our criteria and was very thorough on her explanations to our questions. Of which we had plenty! When we came back the next day after talking it over, we decided on one that we felt fit our needs the best. Charlotte, again, was patient with us as we asked more questions. We purchased our shed and we are so happy with our choice. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new addition and the many years of use it will provide. I highly recommend Graceland of Kosciusko for their superior craftsmanship and of course, Charlotte!

I bought a repo 12x28 with rent to own I can make a payment & save some along to turn my little building into an apartment for me & My pups. Charlotte was extremely patient with me while I came back several times while choosing the one I wanted. The guy that delivered my building was patient with me deciding how I wanted to turn my little building. I couldn’t recommend a better place to get your RENT TO OWN no matter how you plan to use it . Garage, tool shed, or in my case apartment house. Go on by & let Charlotte fix U up
