We are deeply grateful to Hancock Animal Clinic for the care they provided our Sphynx, Lada, throughout her illness and in her final moments. She was always treated with love and compassion.
Saying goodbye was incredibly difficult, but their team made the process as peaceful as possible. We were especially moved by the beautiful cremation presentation and the beautiful way she was honored in her return home.
Their kindness has meant the world to our family during this very painful time.
I found my cat injured in the middle of road on a Sunday morning and they were the only place open. They were extremely nice and did what they could for my cat. Unfortunately she did not make it thru the night due to the severity of her injuries. When they called to let me know and asked what I wanted to with her remains I opted for cremation. I went to pick up the remains today and was surprised by what I received. I am thankful for them and would go back.
Hancock Animal Clinic has the best care on the coast. They care for your animal like it was their own. I came in with my cat a hot mess and minutes away from his death bed. The team acted quick even though they had a laundry list of surgeries that day, they took care of him immediately and got him from critical to stable to going home in 2 days. Abby is a great animal nurse, she was with my cat through it all, very dedicated and loyal to the company and the Animals she serves. Thank you everyone of you for helping my cat.
