I've gotten hair care services from Pam Jones, and she is quick, fair priced, and does a very excellent job with my hair. She's the only reason I come back and gave the facility 4 stars. She deserves 5 stars, but I have to comment about how the barber side of the staff is. First time we came and a guy cut my son's hair in rush, and it wasn't worth the $15 I paid. My son had still had pieces of hair sticking up on his head after the cut because he dude cut it every which a way instead of taking his time. I seriously believe that uptown hair studio can be considered a staple in the South Jackson community. They've service thousands upon thousands of patrons and have been in the community for over 10 years. The owner is always around so if you have any complaints she is there to assist you. Plus a lot of the staff has been working together for more than 10 years. They have truly come leaps and bounds. They are very well keeping appointments and also catering to walk ins
