Recently we had a miscommunication resulting in the need for an extra service trip. We could have been clearer with our instructions. After having a number of shady characters come look at my HVAC, I found TNT. They took me through with great detail and effort each step of their diagnosis and even some of the science of how it all works. They were honest and upfront and saved me a lot of money by not falling for the previous "you need a bigger unit" quote's I had been getting. The unit size was fine and was running smoothly, all I needed was a new capacitor for 50 bucks and some better insulation in my attic. Win!
