Only leaving one star because it's necessary in order to leave a review. I went here in November of 2021 for my first silk press in two years. Laneisha was my stylist. She burned my scalp repeatedly in various places; left me with multiple scabs. When I expressed that I was being burned, her response was "Sorry, trying to get everything". The silk press came out beautifully so I did not worry about it and returned in December of 2021 for a perm rod set. The silk press came out beautifully so I did not worry about it and returned in December of 2021 for a perm rod set. I left with a silk press because she had forgotten the style I asked for and by the time she realized, it was too late. She was late for that appointment as well with no prior notification. Since having her hands in my hair, my hair has severe heat damage which has caused a drastic amount of shedding each time I wash my hair. Very unprofessional and damaging, I do not recommend her as a stylist.

This lady is the best!! For the loooongest i had been looking for someone that really knew how to cut hair in the Jackson area! After months, i finally found Twana on FB and the rest is history!! Her work is wonderful! plus she fits you in whenever!!! You're are the best Twana!!!
