Giving a one star is a bit generous had been going to Cynthia for about 4 years until this year there were multiple screw ups on my tax return Wich has put me in hot water with the IRS of no fault of my own and after the phone call I had with her I will definitely be contacting my attorney i would not recommend this service to anyone

They only file if you’re getting a lot of money back. I have been going to Ms Cynthia for the past 3 yrs. This year she was not there so I went to Jessica Wilson in the office. She told me they couldn’t file my taxes until I got my 1040 form so they could itemize my deductions & get me more money. I was told to come back after I get this form and they’ll help me. I talked to the irs and a 1040 form is not mailed until I have actually FILED. I guess they saw that I was barely getting 2000 back and didn’t want to file my taxes

Very rude and unprofessional. Preys and undermines the black community whom they feel are uneducated enough to read tax laws. Didn't provide the tax breaks that applied to me and my families income. Filed my 2020 taxes without my authorization or signature. Went to ask Cynthia about it and she started cursing and swearing threats at me. Currently filing Form 14157-A with the IRS against the company and afterwards filing a false pretense charge against them with JPD. Crooks with a smile. Do not go here. ?
