HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super nice, the front desk ladies and the pet escorts but still I'll admit I was a little skeptical about leaving my little man for the 1st time but when the young lady came out to get him, his reaction told me he was going to be fine. Even though it took several hours (due to surgeries lined up), which I did not mind. When they called letting me know he was ready, I walked back in & Dr Kaur came out, explained every single detail they did. When they brought ULF out to me, he was so excited and happy & that reassured me I made the right decision to go here. I am so glad I decided to go here. If you use Banfield, get on the Optimum Wellness Plan. It is very well worth it & you will save money, big time save. ULF & I thank you, all of you at Banfield, you are all amazing.

Todays experience was such a mix of good and bad. While Sarah was amazing Ashley is the absolute worst. She’s a ball of attitude problems with a mix of racial profiling. It took everything in me to not go off on her when attempting to get her information to report to corporate. I’ve never been so harshly profiled and told to find service somewhere else before. When I went back to ask for her name she started an argument with me on why she wasn’t rude to me this morning. I hope Banfield Jackson corrects this employee as soon as possible or she finds a place of employment with hat better suits her attitude.
