Have tried twice to order on line, don't bother it doesn't work. Both times we get to the store and nothing has been pulled. The last time after paying for our order the gate to the pickup place was locked. This store is run by people who doesn't care about the customer.

Decent hardware store if you're in a tight pinch but still prefer Lowes or even ACE over these guys. Mainly because of the lack of staff and the lack of kindness from the ones that do work there

I was returning some plywood and I had to go to customer service to get this done. The 2 young ladies at customer service was really nice, I believe they were short staffed because one of the young lady had to call a couple of times for someone to come and help me with the plywood.
