I really enjoyed my visit here. It is highly recommended ?? The masseuse was kind and professional. The waiting area is peaceful ☺️ and has a very calm energy. I will come back for a girls spa day ??♀️
Soul Spa is truly a hidden gem in Jackson, MS! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely top-tier. I indulged in the hot stone massage by Carrie and the hydro facial by Davetta — both were phenomenal. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and calming presence made me feel like I was being pampered at a luxury spa in Turks & Caicos or the Bahamas. That’s not an exaggeration — it’s a fact.

Me and my mom recently visited for about 3 days, we stayed in the hotel which of course is where the spa is located. The spa was very nice, the staff were friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I had the full body massage, just for general relaxation. When the massage was done my body felt fine and relaxed, but when I woke up the next morning I had the most intense pain in my calf muscles. My calf muscles were very sore to the point where I could barely walk, this carried on for about 2-3 days.
