Scheduled for installation and cancelled FIVE times. The delays were initially caused by shipping problems at the manufacture level (not Romanoff’s fault), but rather than proactively call ahead and say that the carpet wasn’t available yet, they let us keep getting the room prepped and then cancelling the day of our scheduled install. This is a secondary home so we had to have our property manager prep the home each install date. This resulted in exorbitant and unnecessary out of pocket expenses. Romanoff installs for Home Depot. The two workers were on time, very professional and very polite. They put down our vinyl flooring in less than eight hours in the living room and small hallway. The flooring and trimming look absolutely gorgeous.Services: General construction
