We recently adopted a vulnerable shelter animal and the entire staff here bent over backwards to immediately jump in (and we were new clients with an unexpected urgent need). From the compassionate front desk staff (thank you Brandi and Savannah), to the lovely groomer to the incredible vet … I was humbled by the care and professionalism of everyone. Our new pet is thriving, in no small part because of the love shown him in an emergency. We will be clients from now on.“

“My wife and I just discovered this great store in the District in Jackson. It turns out his run by a sweet lady named Ann Somers and her husband. They have a great variety stuff, including dog wash, pet products at competitive prices, puppy playtime on Saturday mornings, and selected cat and dog adoptions through CARA. It’s a really fun and comfortable place to visit and hang out for a while with the animals.“
