I cannot rate this lovely place highly enough. We recently adopted a vulnerable shelter animal and the entire staff here bent over backwards to immediately jump in (and we were new clients with an unexpected urgent need). From the compassionate front desk staff (thank you Brandi and Savannah), to the lovely groomer to the incredible vet … I was humbled by the care and professionalism of everyone. Our new pet is thriving, in no small part because of the love shown him in an emergency. We will be clients from now on.

After my veterinarian of many years retired, this was my first visit for my pet's checkup and vaccinations. Easy scheduling and reminders, cost transparency, friendly and professional staff, gentle handling of my pet, and follow-up information provided. I was very pleased with the front-desk staff as well as Amber, vet. tech, and Dr. Chloe Emery. I highly recommend Northeast Animal Hospital in Ridgeland.

I love this vet! I initially came here because the groomer I use for my cat moved here, but now I just get all my services done here. They are kind and communicative and always remember me. They don’t try to upsell me on things I don’t need and they do a great job caring for my pet and giving me peace of mind
