    Just some quick thoughts about Miracle's service and tech...I don't think Ryan could have done a better job. He called before coming, diagnosed the problem, obtained the part and installed it within a couple of days of our reporting the Samsung warranty issue. Courteous and competent, I don't believe we could have asked for more. Excellent job and happy customer!

    I am writing to say my experience with Miracle Heating and Air services were great. My washer malfunctioned and I was given Miracle name by the company in which I purchased the appliance. I made an appointment and was given a time. The tech called to say he was running about 1 hour late. The tech arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional and he was wearing a mask. Eventhough; he was not able to fix my appliance then because the part was on back order, the office ordered the part and had it delivered to my home. I called the office when the part came in and the tech repaired it.
