Miracle Heating and Air provides great and excellent service. Customers report that the service was quick, friendly, courteous, professional, and competent. The technicians are very professional, call before coming, and communicate clearly if running late. They diagnose problems efficiently. For complex issues, such as a Samsung appliance malfunction or a refrigerator freezing up, they successfully repair appliances when others cannot. They handle warranty issues and obtain necessary parts, even ordering parts for delivery to the home if on back order and completing the repair promptly. The office is helpful in coordinating service and resolving any mix-ups quickly. Customers are happy and highly recommend the company for doing an excellent job.
Just some quick thoughts about Miracle's service and tech...I don't think Ryan could have done a better job. He called before coming, diagnosed the problem, obtained the part and installed it within a couple of days of our reporting the Samsung warranty issue. Courteous and competent, I don't believe we could have asked for more. Excellent job and happy customer!

I made an appointment and was given a time. The tech called to say he was running about 1 hour late. The tech arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional and he was wearing a mask. Eventhough; he was not able to fix my appliance then because the part was on back order, the office ordered the part and had it delivered to my home. I called the office when the part came in and the tech repaired it.
