While the last-minute cancellation was inconvenient since we had planned the next few days around the cleaning, I do recognize that the situation was outside of their control. Made our furniture look brand new even after eight years of small children, destroying it! Also , made our bathrooms and showers. Look new as well which I did not know was possible. Very professional and communicated very well. Wil highly recommend to others in the future.
