Dr. Craft and staff were very polite and child-friendly with my daughter and I. The information they provided and consideration to my daughters emotional well being made her experience more acceptable to her diagnosis. As a parent, I could have not asked for a better team to handle my daughter’s medical injury.

Dr Craft was the first physician I met with at MSM. He was and should be the gateway to all the physicians at MSM. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my condition within an hour and was completely accurate in his diagnosis. He gently referred me to another physician for my hip surgery. He met me on a personal level also with a conversation about my Mother whom I had recently lost. If all physicians were the caliber of Dr. Craft our health care system would be a pleasure to process through. Dr. Craft and his staff are exceptional!! My left knee has a torn ACL, and they’ve done everything from the very beginning to help rectify this issue. They’ve been very informative & supportive regarding my treatment options and potential surgery in the near future. Thank you very much!!
