The Capital Club is a popular event venue known for its fantastic food and excellent service. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including delicious fried chicken and flavorful filet. The venue boasts stunning views that impress guests, especially from the 20th floor rooftop, and the staff is highly accommodating, even with special dietary requirements. The beautiful setting creates a relaxed atmosphere for events, and the nighttime breeze across the veranda enhances the experience. Despite some recent staffing changes, including a new chef, the Capital Club continues to deliver exceptional service, allowing customization like a unique boba tea bar and various menu options. With spacious areas for events and parking in a secured garage, the Capital Club remains a go-to choice for business gatherings and celebrations.
We recently had a rehearsal dinner here. The service was excellent and the view was spectacular. It set a gorgeous tone for a truly memorable night. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, made even more enjoyable by the nighttime breeze across the veranda that countered the heat of the city.
I got married here in 2024. Mrs Jo Beth Bounds is phenomenal and puts so much of herself into making sure your day is great. There were some staffing turnovers (new chef and management) that we weren't informed about until later, but ultimately, the new chef was so accommodating to us! They let us make our own menu (Chinese w Greek fusion twist) without any complaints, and even let us do a custom boba tea bar. I'm confident that the few kinks we experienced with the new management, are already ironed out. Anyways, the 20th floor rooftop views are phenomenal, getting ready rooms are great, and the space is huge for a central downtown Jackson, MS wedding. People who have lived in Jackson for 10+ years were commenting how they'd never seen the city look so beautiful before. Cannot recommend more. Plus, parking is in a secured garage with security so guests have ease of mind as well. Go tour! They're also a luncheon club during the day so you know the food is going to be amazing!
