This nail salon location is going to make sure you have a customized look no matter what your budget is. They can do a clean look or an exotic look. Very professional and clean. I will always come back.

I hate to give negative reviews but I've given this place 3 chances, and have yet to have a good experience. I have heard Mai is wonderful so I wish I could have had her but because they don't allow appointments, I always end up with someone else. My dip usually lasts 3 weeks. Each time I've gone to "#1 Nail" I've had to go somewhere else within a week to fix the mess. The last time I was there, a lady next to me left mid-session because the nail tech made her bleed and broke her nail pretty low. There was no apology and the workers spoke to each other and appeared to laugh at the situation. No apology was given to the customer. There was a worker behind me (presumably on break) watching a tv show on his phone on loud volume. The workers have never been particularly friendly and it seems unless you are a "usual," they have little interest in serving you. Despite all of this, I've tipped generously and have given chances but have seen no change. I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1, because I do believe that everyone has a bad day and I don't want to impact someone's livelihood. But, I hope #1 Nail does better for their paying customers in the future.

They've changed owners twice. The people working now since Mya have been on maternity leave. They overcharge you for the same service you were getting from Mya. They're very disrespectful.
