My floors are absolutely gorgeous! My experience with Jean Paul and his manager was one of the best. They educated me on the right flooring for my home. They went over and beyond to ensure my floors were delivered timely. They worked cooperatively with my contractor and even called to keep me updated on the process. I really appreciate all of your hard work and kindness ❤️
I met the store manager, Brian Antonucci in the Horn Lake store when I was picking up my Lumber order. What a super great guy. Not only brought it out with a forklift, but helped me arrange it and strap it down and brought me a water. The guy is really knowledgeable about the product and the cure times. This is my second really big purchase from Lumber Liquidators. I love what you guys do.
I should add that my sales agent when I had called the national number was Debbie Dorst near Virginia Beach. She was fantastic in handling the samples for me and expediting the order.
We were able to quickly find what we needed and the assistance from the employees was outstanding. We will definitely be back if we need flooring again. 100/10 amazing place and amazing prices!
