I like Bintu Braids and I have been coming for years but when you tell your customers you open at 9am you should be open and ready for business. We get here early and wait. Then when you get here late we all have to wait an hour for you to prepare to start braiding. You should be open and prepared for your customers on time.

I came in on one of the busiest weekends. I didn’t have to make an appointment. I got small box braids waist length. I brought my own hair and they charged me $250. It does take time but the staff was very friendly.

I needed a really quick braid down to go under my wig but I called and they said I could come right away and I did and I got right in the chair. My braids were done in 45 minutes no pain. I’m so happy with my braids they’re flat & neat exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to go back for my Fulani braids!
