These people are great. I was really worried about my little girl Myllie. I had to leave her with them for 2 days and nights. I never leave her with anyone but they made me know that she would receive the best of care and be safe. The service was great because I called so often checking on her and they assured me she was doing great. I felt sure she was getting the best of care. Dr. Hearn was super in explaining all the details to me. THANKS FOR GIVING MY BABY SUCH GREAT CARE.
Shout out to one of the on-duty vets, Dr. Heard(?), at Willow Bend Animal Clinic, Holly Springs who workedclosely with a Walgreens pharmacist to get emergency meds for my senior Chihuahua during the winter storm today. Walgreens was out of Zylitol-free liquid Gabapentin, and despite the pharmacist calling other branches, none were to be found. A phone consultation between she and the pharmacist came up with an alternative. This is beyond customer service at it's best! (Recognizing workload often prevents this, even if the professional wants to).
