This was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. These folks are so hands off, not involved hardly at all. They have a builders’ agent that goes back and forth, is super unorganized and could care less if you’re truly happy or not. After spending months and months waiting for our home to finished and being told it would be ready by a certain time, we resigned that it would be about a month behind. Fine, things happen. One of the major things we wanted was a oil rubbed bronze banister instead of black, it was a deal breaker for us since EVERYTHING else in the house was bronze.
