We just recently moved from our home of 20 years in Bartlett to Hernando. My dog had only been to one groomer her whole life, so I was so nervous about starting somewhere new. But I was thrilled when I picked Caley up! She looked better than she ever has before and everyone there was super sweet. I'm SO happy to have found a great groomer!!

I can’t express enough how much I love this place. First let me start with Robin at the front desk and Denise the owner. They are fabulous and always so welcoming. Second I am very OCD on how my girls are groomed and this is by far the best place I have taken them. The grooming is PERFECT. Both of my girls are German Shepherds and are always excited to go for their Spa day.

I had a great experience. I’m a first time fur baby mom lol. I was recommended taking my dog Izzy here from a friend. I’m glad I chose Pampered Paws for her grooming. Customer service was great, setting a appointment was easy. Her cut was neat clean and she had the cutest scarf on.
