I would happily give this company more than 5 stars if it was possible. After being blown off multiple times by another local plumber who had done some work for us when we first moved here, we attempted to remove a jacuzzi tub ourselves to begin a bathroom remodel. The water to the house would just not shut off completely and a pipe kept leaking, so we called Dixie Plumbing, and they were at our house in less than 10 minutes flat. They could not have been friendlier, more professional, or knowledgeable, and they quickly repaired the problem. They earned new customers for life.Service: Pipe repair

Rarely do you get a plumbing company that goes above and beyond, but these guys do. I called them to fix a leak in my kitchen sink and they arrived in about a half hour. They found my disposal was loose around the top. They charged me for the service call only. Two days later, it was leaking again so they came back and replaced two parts on the sink around the drain. When I ask how much I owed them, they said "no charge". Could not believe they didn't charge me at least for the parts. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. They were very professional and caring people.
