I was very pleased with my consultation with Katy and my first electrolysis appointment. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and as someone with anxiety about trying new things, she made me feel completely at ease. Katy explained every step of the process from beginning to end, which helped me feel comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested—can’t say enough good things! And I have already scheduled my next visit!
Katy is extremely professional and very good at what she does. I struggled with hairs on my neck and shoulders getting caught on shirts and constantly irritating me. Getting electrolysis has ended all of that discomfort. Plus, it cuts down on some of the effort I previously had to put into trimming. Some men may think this type of service isn't for them, but it is for anyone with bothersome hairs. I definitely wish I would have started this sooner. It is 100% worth it.
