I have never been to a spa prior to my visit today at the Lotus. Katrina was amazing, making me feel comfortable and calm. She gave me the best deep tissue massage, I left with better posture, and could breathe so much easier without all the tension! She also left me feeling so smooth and my feet feel brand new from the foot scrub! As well, the receptionist was so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend and I plan to return frequently!
I enjoyed my experience at Lotus. My favorite place to visit. They facilitate a calm and relaxing environment from the time that you arrive. Check-in is unproblematic, stressless, and quick. Just fill out your paperwork ahead of time. The wait time to meet your masseuse is low. The masseuse make you feel comfortable and provide you the opportunity to express what your expectations are during the massage. The experience is very relaxing. Katrina and Desean are amazing!
