“I have a reoccurring illness that seems to be too difficult for hospitals or even my own PCP. I had an appointment with this newly appointed doctor. Unfortunately, she was out and I refused to reschedule forcing my options to use Dr. Amanda McCullum. I had great hospitable service from the time I entered the building until I returned to my vehicle. Dr. Amanda was very confident even before checking the resources on my prior health conditions. She assured me that she would make me feel better. For the first time, since the beginning of the Covid Era, I felt the genuinely good caring that doctors used to provide! Dr. McCullum is so good for patients...mentally and physically!! :)“

“The primary focus in the Urology Department is maximum revenue generation per patient via unnecessary testing and office visits. If you decline the “required”testing the department, specifically, the doctor (Moore) will penalize you by insisting on an upfront payment. Unfortunately, he is unprofessional and doesn’t listen to his patients. This wasn’t required for the first two procedures and was only raised in a retaliatory manner due to me declining the unnecessary testing. BCBS paid substantial sums for the other two procedures. Clinic manager Daniel, who can be condensing and most untrustworthy, does nothing more than attempt to extract whatever funds he can. The call was so unprofessional, I hung up and scheduled an appointment with Southern Surgery and Urology. The front office staff at urology can be very rude and they do not listen to your concerns. I would not use or recommend the clinic to anyone. Side note: all the physicians will cover for each other and not bother to let you know. Currie at Ellisville Family Clinic sided with his great pal John Moore and decided to terminate me as patient. Though, he didn’t have the courtesy to let me know and it shows how unprofessional he is, as well.“
