Heritage Cleaners

My husband went by right after 7:00 today and said the cleaners was not open. So I went back at 7:45 and the door was still locked. So I called. I tried to make light of the situation but the lady was cold and very short when she told me that yes, the front door was locked but the side door wasn't. No apology. I tried to laugh it off even though it aggravated me. Once I was inside she was in no hurry. No smile. No greeting. I should have picked up the clothes and left right then. I almost want to go back and get them. Even when she asked me how many pieces and I said 4 pants and 3 shirts - she looked at me, glared, really, and said "so? 7???" Plus she was unapologetic when she told me the clothes wouldn't be ready until Tuesday after 2:00. I made it obvious that I was disappointed with that. I need those clothes. It's the whole reason we were getting them in early. She could not have cared less. Literally, she had zero care. Zero customer service skills. Zero reasons for me to ever drop any more clothes off there. I am not exaggerating- I'm not having a bad day - this is not biased nor caused by me in any way. This lady - I would not pay her to represent my business. More harm than good.

She is rude and yelled at me!! That if I want my clothes I have to wait. I was the only One here! Even so customer service here sucks!
