This paper's customer service is so frustratingly inaccessible. If you call their 800 number, you get somebody in India who doesn't help. If you message them on Facebook, you get an automated reply. If you go to their building to talk to a human being, the door is locked, no hours are posted, and the sign says, "employees only." I finally gave up trying to get a newspaper delivered.

Once you subscribe and set up with auto pay it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I've called and cancel and still get my account drafted. I send an email and they respond saying they can't cancel with email and I have to call. Despicable organization.

I’m a caretaker for elderly couple. The paper is the highlight of their day... When they get it:(They don’t get it more than they Do get it. They’ve always had paper delivered but last 2-3 months has been Horrible! They’ve lived her for 58 years & have never had problems with delivery until Now!y’all Really need to FiX The Problem!! ASAP!! Thank You!!

We signed up at the Womens Expo to get The Hattiesburg American-I wrote a check that day and they have billed me twice more yet still no newspaper!!!!! I feel ripped off!!! I sure wasn't worth that umbrella that has now cost me 16.99x3=50.97!!!! Have tried to call several times left on hold, hung up on now waiting in que for a callback/not in 21 mins. When we actually had a local office years ago it was so much better!!! I do not like their online format-I WANT to hold a paper and read it, get coupons, a tv guide...then I recycle or use said paper!!!!!!

Since going digital, I never get my paper(the days they have decided I need). No Sunday paper and their system of reporting such is a joke.
