I was visiting from California and me and my fiancé stopped by the shop to ask if they sale braiding hair, the door was locked and very poor customer service. And to be honest I was going to also see if they needed another braider because I braid and was looking for a shop out here when I’m out here checking on my property. I will never ever recommend anyone going there

Very poor customer service. I'll never do business with them again and do not recommend. I was quoted one price from the lady who books & did not pay that price. She argued with me about it and once i proved that i was not lying she then argued with the booking lady over the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. $200+ and my hair is not exactly how i want it.

You can show them a style they still do it the way they want to do it. Then when you say you don't like it they will tell you how good of a job they have done instead of fixing the problem!

I went to get my hair braided asked the stylist not to braid my hair to tight. She did so and told me it would loosen up in 2 days. My hair was so tight I had to start taking it down the next day. I spoke with the owner and she agreed to giving me the money back. While getting the money back the stylist only gave me half back and another stylist decided to argue with me about it. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this shop. The owner is very coooerative the stylists are not.

Got my hair done here back in May 2014. I was told it would only take 2 hours because I had a 10 o'clock else where. Had an 8 o'clock appointment and they were late. Hair wasn't braided up to start putting in the hair until 10 when I needed to leave so I had to come back to get my sew in started. Constantly on the phone and eating... My hair wasn't done until 5pm. 8 hours later! It was my whole freaking day and it wasn't even done well. Don't go here.

This was my first time ATTEMPTING to get my hair braided with tho company. However, the unprofessionalism has pushed me to seek other beauticians. I contacted this company to have my hair braided. I was given an address to a location that wasn't even in Hattiesburg after my initial stop was at the 4th street location that seemed to be closed. I drove around Hattiesburg for 30 minutes after she finally realized I was in Hattiesburg and not Jackson. Once I got back to the 4th street location, the lady told me she couldn't do my hair because the door was broken and if she opened it she wouldn't be able to close it. I asked could she do my hair at her home that was located across the street from the salon and I was told all the hair and materials was in the salon. Never again will i contact this company nor recommend it.

Before I went to this shop to get my hair braided, I called to see what type of hair they used to do senegalese braids. Fefe assured me they used 100% human hair to do those type of braids. I wouldn't have gotten my hair braided if I knew I was gonna get synthetic hair because my scalp is allergic to fake hair. Well they used synthetic hair when they did the braids and now my scalp is extremely sore and broken out. When I called them about this, she changed her story around and said she didn't say this. My hair was up three days, before I had to take my braids down.
