I went by there on yesterday to see if my hair was long enough to get braids they was so nasty.they never got up off the sofa to touch my hair the to me your hair to short come back in a month and a half and maybe you hair will be grown I said it’s really a little packed down because I have oil on it and I didn’t comb it out she said well keep using oil maybe it will grow it.but when it do grow I will never step a foot back in their shop but I am going to the coast today where the real African hair braiders are I use to live down there and long or short hair they did discriminate..

I was visiting from California and me and my fiancé stopped by the shop to ask if they sale braiding hair, the door was locked and very poor customer service. And to be honest I was going to also see if they needed another braider because I braid and was looking for a shop out here when I’m out here checking on my property. I will never ever recommend anyone going there

Very poor customer service. I'll never do business with them again and do not recommend. I was quoted one price from the lady who books & did not pay that price. She argued with me about it and once i proved that i was not lying she then argued with the booking lady over the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. $200+ and my hair is not exactly how i want it.
