This place is family now. I have been a member since 2018 and have received personal training, rehab for injuries, weight training and group fitness classes. All staff remember you by name and are always ready to assist you. The conditions of the campus are incredible! They also have tanning, spray tanning, massage therapy and hair salon. I highly recommend this place for beginners to professionals. There is something for everyone!
We come from out of town every year & they are always accommodating. Friendly staff & great child care. Gym is equipped with everything you need from free weights & classes to treadmills. And there's 2 separate gym areas. Would recommend.
I totally love this place. Excellent work out equipment and a Awesome Staff make this the ideal place to get healthy. Folks You ought to check them out. The Pride of Holmes County, Tony Terrell
