Ward's was recommended by a friend of mine. I am new to the Woolmarket area and wanted a reliable and honest HVAC company to provide a maintenance plan for my HVAC system. I am so impressed by this company they were fast to respond, professional, courteous, honest, very reasonable and knowledgeable. I will be putting their business card on our HOA website….I might buy my own sign and put it in my yard
Our 5 year old home was built Oct 2020. I called Kenny looking for a dehumidifier since I was at my wit's end trying to cool the house. Kenny took his time hearing me out and did a thourough inspection and found: Geiger Heating and Air installed the HVAC and did an incompetent job. Ducts run too far and not hung properly, condensation issues, cracked and leaking plenum, vents placed wrong, main return too small and much more. I asked him what we should do and he came back with 3 seperate plans to replace the entire system. The first day the guys worked 16 hours straight to make sure we had cool air in the bedrooms.
