I cannot recommend Tri State Refrigeration in Gulfport, MS, highly enough, specifically because of their technician, Dave. He is absolutely freaking incredible! My Carrier unit was down, and after calling Tri State, Dave arrived at my location in just 25 minutes. Not only was he prompt, but he had my unit diagnosed and fully fixed in an unbelievable 30 minutes (or less!). That's less than an hour from my call to having a working unit. I've been in the industry and dealing with service calls for over 20 years, even with Thermo King units, and I have never received service this fast, efficient, and professional. This place is truly fantastic! The Service Manager, Dave, went above and beyond by coming out at 3am to repair my reefer and help me get back on the road. They are quick, professional, and dedicated to their customers. Be sure to give them a call for all your service and repair needs. Stay safe and Happy trucking!

Stopped in after reefer unit was making grinding noises and leaking everywhere. They immediately got to work and replaced the compressor same day and saved the load I had on as well. Thanks guys
