I've been in a few times before and I finally feel comforrable saying that this is the only place I will be coming from now on for hair removal. First. The two ladies I've seen so far are AMAZING. Nina not only did she do a great job on the services I booked, but she was also super patient with me because of my chronic illnesses. She was very kind and all around awesome to work with. She held great conversations. I've also seen Beth here and she's just as wonderful! Beth is also very patient with me, kind, and great to work with. They both make me feel super comfortable and confident. Second. This location is super clean and hygenic. They GENUINELY care about health and saftey. Third. It's well organized. Both the store AND the website are organized well and have all the needed informations and descriptions listed. The store is super duper cute and aesthetically pleasing! Fourth. No matter who is working the front desk at whatever time a day, they are ALL wonderful! Basically this place is just all around great. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences here with each and every person I've interacted with and I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all. Thank you all so much!!!

Beth was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I expressed to her that I had not gotten a wax in years and was nervous, Beth had great energy and was very accommodating and attentive to ensure I was 100% comfortable. She did a fantastic job and was very quick and efficient! I wish I could give 6 stars 10/10 will be returning!

Love this salon, love this process, love the staff! Super cute, clean, welcoming salon. Friendly, professional staff. I had a service with Beth. She is amazing! She is experienced and knowledgeable of their services and products. I love my lash lift and cant believe I am just learning about the Sugaring process....total gamechanger is hair removal. I wish they would open a salon In PCB FL.

Sugaring NYC was a great experience! Angel was amazing! The best Brazilian I’ve had in a long time. She was professional, thorough, and made the whole appointment comfortable from start to finish and she was quick! In and out in less than 20 minutes!! Definitely a 5-star experience, and I highly recommend booking with her! 💛🙌 Sugaring is by far better than hard wax! No doubt! I will be back!

The receptionist is super sweet and friendly, very educated on the scrubs they have and all the products, this was my first wax ever and I must say ms. Courtney the sugarer made me feel comfortable an answered all my questions I had. I will definitely be coming back. Don’t be afraid to get tha Brazillian wax ladies. They will help you through it :D
